Former President Donald Trump is in New York ahead of a criminal arraignment. Sources say he will likely be charged with falsifying business records, a felony. The charges stem from his alleged role in hush money paid to adult film stars Stormy Daniels back in 2016. On Tuesday, Trump will arrive at Manhattan Criminal Court for processing just before noon.
