I Don't Want to Press Charges, Is It a Misdemeanor?

If chris rock says, i don't want topress charges, ela peb is not going to prosecute something like that. But in this case, it was a misdemeanor at best. If he wanted to get some kind of traps im or something, i suppose he could grance ande stand and finle charges, but it's not likely. And the interplayis, does the complaining witness flash victor water press chargees? And so that's what's going to kind of determine whether or not the cops are going to do something.
