Rental income po strike me if i'm wrong here, but it sounds like this would eliminate the need for us taking a security deposit. Or coverage is fully customizable at the garantors and it does allow you to get extra protection while also eliminating the need to collect a cash security deposit. There's no credit card required, so if you don't like it, there's nothing to cancel.
