OPEC Production Cuts

OPEC was producing below its quotas but not two million barrels a day below many believe that OPEC can't produce more if they wanted to so they cut their production targets by two million barrels. Saudi Arabia is importing an enormous amount of Russian oil well why would Saudi Arabia be importing Russian oil well Russian oil is sanctioned and it's difficult to move in the sort of traditional market although most of it is finding its way there. By importing Russian oil they're freeing up what would otherwise be consumed domestically for export in a clean you know tanker nobody's talking about sanctioning oil produced in Saudi Arabia.
