The IDA's Support for Disabled Staff

The IDA has said it will try and support those workers who are being laid off. The market will hopefully provide for these people, but that's to get away from the fact that this is huge. This is 1,300 staff in total now that have been basically been made redundant. That leaves them in a profoundly vulnerable position and a complete imbalance of power. And really, what should happen is there should be provisions made for the likes of the CW to come in and help with finding new roles.
