Tim Scott's Promising to Weaponize the Justice Department

Tim Scott said if he were to be elected president, he would launch an investigation from the White House. He's literally promising as Mika said, I promise to weaponize the justice department and I'm going to be the one doing it. So we right now, it's a threat here. We're in a new place where we have already won candidate Donald Trump.
