Bank Imposter Scams are when a scammer contacts you, pretending to be a representative from your bank. They might tell you that there is suspicious activity on your account and that you need to make an immediate payment or provide personal information like Social Security number. Be careful when it comes to relying on caller ID; never click on a link via text if it's from a sender you don't know personally. Do not share your personal information with anyone who contacts you requesting it unless they're someone you know and trust.
