How to Manage Highly Sensitive People

The more collectivistic the culture versus individualistic, the more accepted it will be that being sensitive is actually a positive trait. A person who can appreciate those nuances and say manners or art is appreciated more. People usually have a long string of events in childhood, but also in adulthood in terms of jobs and relationships. Sensitive people go through a lot of jobs often because they can't stand certain social environments or moral environments going on around them at work. And then the 24 seven work stuff is often too much for them and they don't know it, but they have to leave. But they do pass usually a self-employment because they can spot what people need and they can provide it
