Chelsea, I Think the New Stadium Is Going to Be a More About the Fan Experience
I don't think the new owners will follow Rowan's plans for Stanford Bridge. I imagine that they would like to go down the route of stand by stand development. They have invested a record amount on players this summer, way more than Romans spent in six weeks back in 2003. Chelsea fans who were sort of went out shopping and just bought things like a garden centers or whatever,. because they felt rich just watching it all happen as close they felt to the club.
