Politics and Journalism - It's All About the Crowd
When it comes to people in the media, one of the things i most regret about this current era is the blurring of the lines between politics and journalism. I don't wake up in the morning saying, how can i displease people? Thatw'uld be sort of lousy. But still, even as a politician, you have to take a stand. People cultivate constituencies. They have applause lines. They act like politicians. And that's good for character. Sometimes you have to contradict and disappoint the crowd.
