Do You Have a Time Machine?

I was very focused on building my skills, ah, and not enough focused on the organizational change component. I really like to go in and look at ho things to're doing, and figure out one of the most impant, portant problems in a business and solve them. And being able to have a lot more ampathy for how they feel is something if i was 18, i would probably spend more time early in my career. If you had a time machine, what advice would you give yourself? Do more of this, do less of that. Focus more on the people that you work with.
