Every person that you add to your team is like adding another baby or another family member, even though i've learned recently to not call them family, because they're not. I would never hire anybody that i don't like or don't click and, you know, there's disappointments, even in the team. It goes both ways. Like your business is not a good fit for them, and they're not a goodt for your business. And sometimes maybe, as women, wear a little bit harder on ourselves.
