The first 10 or 20 hires you make are the most important hires. Tell us why, what happens to those first 20 people as a firm grows to 100, 150 employees? And I would say that something else is an outward facing dynamic where they are clearly incredibly passionate about what they do. But also that enthusiasm and passion is infectious and they recruit just like them.
