Coaching Athletes - What Coaches Need to Know

i'd love to know your thoughts and some of your experience around coaching this generation of athletes. What do you think coaches need to now be educated on, or just kind of keep at the forefront of their mind? Just being honest and transparent with players. I think that's that's so powerful. Like you said, i if you want that transition and your culture to be to be smooth, they need to know what it's going to be like up front a little bit.
