Are You Putting Labels on Me?

When you start putting information online and sharing recipes, sharing food philosophy, if you don't put a label sometimes, you can have a label put on you. I feel like if someone's labeling me as something, I'd like to think they're doing it. And if that brings them to a better place of health, despite labeling in general is not a healthy practice, but if that helps them out, I'm fine with that. But they shouldn't be surprised if the perception isn't exactly what reality is.
