In the eighties, francis chaffer said that statism was America's greatest problem. In the last couple of years especially, seen that actually it is that bad. I think one of the most shocking things was even, like, reformed churches were not pushing back against any tyranny,. Ye, so they were just letting it happen. But i think you can sort of see that, yes, statism is ruling the day to such an effect that people don't even recognize that it exists.
