NATO is sending a highly potent list of weapons systems to Ukraine on the basis it will do whatever it takes to stand by and defend Ukraine. NATO is stronger and more united today than it was before this war began. As I've said we are only at the early stages of possible escalation and we have been too careful, says Mr Kerrigan.
