The Importance of Having Fun

I don't care if I'm working, if I'm having fun. Recreation is overrated. People think you need to be having a recreation to have fun. You don't. Why not? It's your attitude towards the work. In general, it's a mental strength. Like what could be possible after 10 years? Like start thinking like that. What could I look like in 30 years? Some people don't have that. You won't. That's why most times out of 10, any head of a company has been doing it for a long time because they inherently can make a decision on the blink of an eye.
