The Importance of Productivity on the Jobsite
A lot of people in this industry are not a and i think it's a self filling prophecy. A lot of em just don't have the conditions to be able to do that in the first place. Thelmin thats we hear the most, like, what's your favorite thing about working here? They always reference the people that they're working around as their greatest point of satisfaction. We need more people excited about coming to work and oyou know, something meaningful to them.
