Tax Rates Down, Rich Pay More
The rich actually paid more as the rates went down. This is a chart, folks, data. You'll notice that when the top tax was 90% and top one % paid less than they paid when the tax rate plunged to 28%. And then down in the thirties, where it is now, they pay more when the tax rates went down. Down. Rich pay more. Tax rates down, rich pay more. Very hard for liberals to process.
