The Importance of Faith
Faith is a channel of living trust between an individual and God. When you have faith in God you can literally move mountains but that faith is always subservient to the will of God. In James for example we're called to pray for the sick just as we are called to present the gospel for salvation. But our prayer or conversely our presentation of the gospel doesn't save anyone. It's ultimately about the new Jerusalem coming down out of heaven from God. Christianity gives us something far greater a way to ultimately overcome them through resurrection.
