How to Run an OCaml Program

OCaml is probably of all the languages, the one that is least likely to be explained syntactically on a podcast. So it's just, you can use okay, I will see or okay, I'm off. The native code is opt and then the bike code is C. Utah is the REPL and that's where I spend my time.
