R Reed: I've been in payments my entire career, well over 30 years. And to be a part of building a brand new payment rail that has all new attributes is really exhilarating and very exciting for somebody who's been in this business for so long. The frustrating part about it is being right here on the front lines. He says he doesn't understand why banks are not demanding more from their customers.
