A senator asked a trans woman, "Do you or do you not have male genitalia?" A doctor who studies gynecology went on an unintentionally transphobic rant about the way that Evolva looks when surgery has been done to it. There's something really interesting to me about that obsessive desire to know about the physicality of that sort of like physical quote unquote authenticity of transness That I feel like has it's like a weird contrast with this, they're discussed with it.
