Is the FAA Changing Guidelines?

FAA is changing guidelines on the ECG and EKG test. It seems like they're covering up, you know, obviously some things. There was a big resurgence to kind of remodel and vamp up like old Union stations in the early 90s. That fell by the wayside during the Bush years and really towards the end of the Clinton years. The US rail infrastructure hasn't really been updated nationally since around the 70s.
