Gerald Groth is an evangelical Christian who does not work on Sundays. The Postal Service signs a contract with Amazon to deliver packages, including on Sundays. In 2013, Groth refused to work on Sundays and was disciplined by the postal service. He sued for discrimination against him under Title VII of the U.S. Constitution.
