Did the Tapestry Ever See the Light of Day?
The tapestry survives in pretty good condition considering the circumstances. It may have been a gift from england and, as it were, or from odo of baa. But i certainly do believe it came across, probably un to france, at the time of the consecration of the cathedral. No evidence for that, whatever.
