There's two sides to every coin. And as a journalist, it's my responsibility to ask the question of the other side because all this could go terribly wrong. Yes. It has. But before that happened, I was in a bad deal because I paid contractors to do a job and didn't do my due diligence. So there's different routes. It just got to be creative. You know, even I use my own money as collateral one time to build it up so I can get access to more money before I even had the credit too. That's another route too. Just got to be educating yourself on different routes to what you could use.
