A player's prospect score is what's most important. A positive draft capital delta does lead to better hit rates than negative ones. Duce Vaughn in the first iteration of the prospect guide had a decent prospect score because his production in college was otherworldly. But since then, he ran a four five six forty at his pro day, which is absolutely horrendous at his weight.
