Is It Okay to Wait in a Restaurant?

CNN's John Defterios takes on the question of how to tip a restaurant server. He says you can say any idea when your food will be coming out, but don't ask too many times. The standard in the US is 20-25%, so if they're super rude and it takes two or three times, you have to ask. How much would you leave for a tip if they were slow? Michelle: "I'd bump it down to 15%"
