Ye joe, you know, it's one thing for a judge to be sceptical of the government's claims. We want that. But in this case, she's essentially shing we can't trust the justice department, including its national security division,. That is not the normal stance of the courts. Normally, judges defer to the executive branch when it comes to national security and classified information.
