The Biden Administration's Fear of Losing Diplomacy

The Biden administration's belief is fairly transparent. They say no matter what, diplomacy is always the way forward. It is always better to talk to somebody than not talk to them. Republicans would say we don't need them. What matters is being tough and deterring them from developing their nuclear weapons programs further.
