Be present with the players. Be intentional with building that relationship. Be aware of what may be going on in their life outside of the port that you're coaching. You have to get on the phone if you have to connect, but also plan for it. It's forcing me to change my lens and be mindful on where they're at from om a loading perspective in ther life.
