The Importance of Gamification in a 22 Project
A critical reason why a 22 project is successful is to get money really quickly, but they don't get a lot. If you've got no money, it's just everything takes loads longer because you're trying to scrape together that $50 or $100 to do things. So there's a gamification element here, which is by gamification, it's just a posh word for, if you do this, we'll give you this money. Which all sounds a little bit capitalistic and in a sense it is. And the reason why you do it is because it works, okay? So it's not done in some sort of nasty, you know, we'll break
