Is Sex Work Legal?
The figure of the sex worker tells us so much about the culture that they exist within, how their viewed. It's tied up with wealth a lot and is classied in different ways depending on who you are. We think we're super relaxed about sex but it seems to have been criminalized by our society. This is one of the first times in history where sex workers have been able to speak for themselves. They can no longer be coopred or spoken about without fear of reprisals. Sex work needs to go underground because it stifles any kind of conversation.
