How Aaron and I Decided to Build a New House on the Same Property

The new house is on the same property. This was actually the plan all along when we decided to move back here. We had a set amount of money and we thought, okay, but we can build a small cottage and then someday build our forever home. So that's kind of why we started looking into it after you know, into the cottage. And just for long term efficiency. It's pretty incredible. They're basically giant Lego foam blocks. You reinforce with rebar and all kinds of clips and then you pour the walls with concrete. No big deal. The house is right out there. Right outside the window.
