How Did Hersha Win the Georgia Primary?

Hersha Johnson won the GOP primary in Georgia's Senate race. Doug Schulder says there were legitimate candidates who could have helped her become a better candidate, but they didn't do it. He says Kemp has shown that conservatives can afford to be seen as having a vision and not just talking about one election or one speech.Schulder: For Republicans to win the president, they're going to have to compete in states like Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada - where what may win in Georgia may not work elsewhere.
