What Is Valuism?
Valuism is based on the idea that we all have intrinsic values. Intrinsic value is something you care about for its own sake, not as a means to other ends. An instrumental value is something we care about, but only because of the things it gets us. And so i would argue that most people have a lot of intrinsic values. So my argument is that what you should do is choose your intrinsic values and then figure out how to maximize them. Those are the things you actually want to create with your life.
