The Brookside Police Department Is Raking in Huge Sums of Money
Brookside police chief mike jones resigned this week, just as state authorities stepped in to investigate. The town still doesn't have a police chief, but the mayor says that he's directed the police to stop patrolling the inner state unless it's to respond to accidents. Critics are demanding reform and say increased traffic stops don't reduce crimes or cause distrust of police.
