Wild Rice, a Jibway Word for the Tribe
This is dale green, a member of the leech lake band of ojibway in minnesota. He met with me and one of our reporters, karen savage, on a cold november day in deluse to tell us more about wild rice. In a jibway, it's called the sam ah. And you know, if youe ever been around indian people, specifically nshnabe people, anishanabe is the ojibwa word for the tribe.
