The Order Orders Former Vice President Mike Pence to Testify in Front of a Grand Jury About Trump's Efforts to Overturn the 2020 Election

A federal judge late today ordered that former Vice President Mike Pence will have to testify in front of a grand jury about Trump's efforts to try to overturn the 2020 election. Prosecutors are focused on conversations the two men had in the days before and on January 6th. The notion of compelling a former vice president to appear in court to testify against the president with whom they served is unprecedented, but I believe it's unconstitutional.
