Michael Gallup can progress because he's healthier, but we generally see inefficient seasons like this regress. Danny Dimes should have had closer to four and a half rushing touchdowns last year. Daniel Jones is one of the few guys who does have the rushing upside in that QB two range. And he's still got room to improve as a passer too.
