Is There a Data Base for Your Indexes?

i wonder if you had to, just for a challenge, if you decided, ha, int write my own data base. And then i got like, thinking about how complex it would be. The low level details are so hard to get right and so important to get a hundred correct. Eventually, i think t that the peak is kind of like distributed transactions across multiple partitions and notes. It's amazing what works at all - well one thing after another.
