What Are the Common Fact Patterns in Adult Victims Extortion?
There is no formal definition of sextortion, but it usually falls within the rubric of siber stocking. There's a whole panoply of different criminal statutes that can come into play, depending on the fact pattern involved. The key here for deterrence is to get some healthy sentences against the defendants who are committing these crimes. And i'll talk a little bit about what i charge and why.
