The Uses of the Silver Trompeters in the Israelites' Worship
The Israelites would gather around the tabernacle or later the temple to celebrate either one of the major festivals or maybe a Sabbath day. So you've got all these sacrifices that are being offered at these various gatherings of the Israelites for worship and not only do you have the sacrifice itself being offered up to God but you have trumpets these specific trumpets that are only blown by the priest they are being sounded over these sacrifices. They shall be as a reminder of you before you're a god. I am the Lord your god. These trumpet blasts carry the sound of god's people crying out to him to remember them to be with them to be faithful and to keep his promises.
