Is Britain a Racist Country?

In 1919, there were what have been kind of termed as race riots in Liverpool. And one particular guy, he was a black guy called Charles Whitten. He was effectively lynched. So it was big scale. About 700 families who were kind of evacuated from their homes for their own safety. They offered black people money to, to return to leave Britain and gave them like an allowance for a kind of a resettlement allowance effectively. The government tries really hard to protect its reputation as Britain not being a racist country.
