You Know It's a Progression in the Fitness World

I really enjoy the creativity of creating new tricks and so that's something that I've always kind of been passionate about is you know as more of a creative mind thinking of like how could I make something neat in the in the fitness world. In doing the unknown you have to really try to eliminate fear and just believe that you can do it going back to belief that you know hey if I'm gonna be doing a backflip off this bar you know I'm not gonna hit my head  you don't really know it but it's progression starting off in gymnastics gym or in a foam pit or then moving from a small bar to a high bar.
