The Battle of the Almer
The Russians have a base on the All and Islands, which is halfway between Finland and Stockholm. The British surround the island and prepare to take it; French send some troops. And the British Admiral hopes the Russians will send their fleet out to try and rescue these islands - but they don't do that. They just sit in the forts. But after naval and land gunfire,. the forts are then demolished by naval andland gunfire. And the Russians are taken as prisoners of war and brought back to Britain and France. It's not reported with any enthusiasm, because very few people got killed... There just aren't enough casualties.
