Women in the 1950s faced these issues and were not paid as well or promoted as often but what we see is that the male administrators were so against making significant changes. So it really took these women bonding together and deciding to make changes on their own. After the panel this group of women are able to change the environment and really show that women do have this critical role in intelligence. Another hugely impressive legacy there from from marry if we can return to the petacope panel from 1953.
