Training the Mind to Be Comfortable in Any and All Situations
When you see contentedness arise and the mind wants to run in the opposite direction, that's the anxiety. I'm going to put you in the situation that you're uncomfortable with and train you to be comfortable. That practice is essentially training the mind to be comfortable in any and all situations. So do ever lose the opportunity where you see the mind is uncomfortable. Use that opportunity to make it feel comfortable.
